Founded Lasermedico in 1987. It was the start of sequential successful introductions of innovative medical products in specific niche markets. Established various divisions with both a Benelux, European as well as international distribution. (Bledsoe Europe – Biosculpture Europe - Smartbleach international).
Founder of High Tech Laser Australia in 2000.
These divisions were grouped under the name B&Co in 2002.
Geert MeskensCOO B&co
C.O.O. of the B&Co group since April 2004. Previously he was at Johnson & Johnson for over 10 years, in roles including Product Manager, Sales Manager, Business Manager of the Ethicon Endosurgery group (1993 – 2001) and Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager of Ethicon Products (2001-2004). His first experience with Medical Devices dates back to the 1990’s as Product Specialist of Opthtalmics at Pharmacia (currently Pfizer).

Lieve GalleCFO B&Co
Lieve has had coordinating and financial responsibilities at B&Co since the first division was established. She became CFO when all divisions were incorporated into the B&Co group. Head of the back-office and financial services.
Jo SchopsCommercial Director
Jo has been working at B&Co since 1990, first as head of Ortho-Medico/Lasermedico, and later as Division Manager of Ortho-Medico. He is Commercial Director of all B&Co divisions since 2007.

Gert Van GyseghemBusiness Development Manager Lasermedico
After completing his engineering and laser specialist education he began his career in higher professional education as lecturer in industrial engineering (HOLT). In 1998 he was recruited by Lasermedico as Service Manager, resulting in the expansion of the service department, now boasting three service technicians. Building on technical knowledge with clinical specialisms has enabled him to develop into his current role. As Business Development Manager of Lasermedico, the division he also leads, he reports to B&Co management.
Geert De CampeneereKey Account and Clinical Education Manager High Tech Laser Belgium
Geert worked 7 years as medical representative for Thuasne when Ortho-Medico recruited him in 1996.
He became Key Account and Clinical Education Manager within the B&Co group for High Tech Laser (Belgium) in 2001.
Stefaan De RijckeSales Manager Ortho-Medico Europe
Stefaan worked for Pabisch (medical wholesale) and Aprophar (pharmaceutical) as Export Sales Manager. He commenced in 2001 at Ortho-Medico as representative of East and West Flanders and Product Manager for ESWT therapy. He subsequently broadened his experience with product management for various manufacturers. Sales Manager of Ortho-Medico since January 2007.

Gerard FlintKey Account and Clinical Education Manager High Tech Laser The Netherlands
Following marketing and sales roles at multinationals such as Beecham and Colgate-Palmolive, he fulfilled management roles at Alfred Benson and Blijdenstein-Willink. He established his own dental laser business in 1994 called Ricana, which went on to realise a leading position in the Netherlands. In early 2007, Ricana became part of High Tech Laser (the Netherlands), which is a part of B&Co, and he became Key Account Manager for the Netherlands.
Jan VreysManager B&Co The Netherlands
After he was trained as a male nurse in Belgium, Jan worked at the Máxima Medical Centre in Eindhoven for 28 years. He followed training courses for Surgical and Anaesthetic Operating Assistant, as well as various management training courses. In 1989 he became Manager of the Operating Theatres.
As B&Co Manager, he is the person to contact and the one responsible for all B&Co divisions working on the Netherlands market.
Filip HijsselinckxSales and Product Manager Hospital Innovations
Filip has worked at B&Co since 1992, first as medical representative for Ortho-Medico/Lasermedico, later as Key Account Manager and Clinical Education for Hospital Innovations.
As of 2007: Sales and Product Manager for the Hospital Innovations division.
